An Australian environmental official says an abandoned baby whale that has been attempting to suckle boats in the waters off north Sydney will be euthanized.
SYDNEY (Reuters) - Australia's military became involved on Thursday in efforts to save a baby whale abandoned by its mother in a bay north of Sydney as wildlife experts fought to stave off its starvation within days.
